CANCELLATION CHARGE
More than 48 hours confirmed notice, no charge
24 to 24 hours confirmed notice, one hour time charge
Less than 24 hours confirmed notice, two hour time charge
TERMS
All prices are net

50% minimum deposit required on all work, balance due on delivery, F.O.B. Jersey City, NJ.
(Exception: candid special event [suchas weddings or social events] photography and videography, terms thereof being 1/3 minimum deposit to bind contract, 1/3 payable on receipt of previews or viewing or preliminary footage and balance due on delivery of finished production.)

Each assignment shall be treated as one order regardless of the number of individuals who are toreceive prints, albums, publications, videotapes, etc. There shall be no separate billings. One client shall be billed for the entire order. Under no circumstances shall partial orders be delivered until the total balance due is paid in full.

Items eligible for discounts must be specified and ordered prior to or at the time of original assignment and delivered to client as part of the original order.

Services shall be rendered in accordance with sound professional and technical practice and in compliance with appropriate regulations, codes, schedule(s) and/or quotation(s).

CONSULTANT, INSTRUCTIONAL & LECTURE SERVICES

TRAVEL, STANDBY, and/or WAITING TIME
Time charges, same as professional services rates above.
Mileage $ 0.45 per vehicle mile.
