comprehensive policy statement should be available early October, but
collaborations have already begun. Thanks to all came. Individual commitment to

following agenda: 6:00pm - Registration and light refreshments 6:30pm -
Welcome, Sandy Shea, Editor of the Editorial Page, Daily News 6:40pm - Framing
the Issue, Alan Greenberger, Deputy Mayor, Planning and Economic Development,
City of Philadelphia 7:00pm - Moderated panel discussion with Councilmen Frank DiCicco and Bill Green joined by Greenberger, additional Councilpeople and local zoning experts, with questions from
the audience. Moderated by Harris Steinberg, director, PennPraxis. Please rsvp for the event here:
www.planphilly.com/zoningreformforum. It‘s particularly exciting to have the
participation of Councilmembers while that body is actively considering reform.
Hearing their sense of the reform code and process in a more informal setting
than Council Chambers or the Zoning Code Commission will be important in
advancing our understanding of where we are in the process and what key issues
still need to be resolved. The forum will also help our media partners at PlanPhilly and the Daily News increase public awareness of
the issue as it progresses through Council and the ZCC this fall. I‘m writing
to ask you to help on two fronts: 1.) Shaping questions for the panelists: The
zoning code is complex and while PlanPhilly reports
that the reform code is clearer to understand, it still takes a team effort to
understand the content of the code and the questions the public needs answered.
In an attempt at crowdsourcing, we‘re hoping you can send us questions you need
clarity on or any issues you‘d like to hear addressed. If you‘re able, please
review the draft code proposals or the latest Council briefing and let us know
if you have questions or clarifications. The best questions will run in the
Daily News prior to the event. If you‘re able, you should also feel free to
send video questions which can be used at the event. Please note that the
intention of the event is not to stump participants on arcane facts in the
existing or proposed code, but to address the key issues in a way that
clarifies them to the public and provides further feedback in a format that is.
2.) Building awareness of the event: If you are a member of a civic
association, neighborhood or fraternal group or congregation, please feel free
to forward this email to your distribution list and encourage other members to
please attend. Including perspectives from all of Philadelphia‘s neighborhoods
is vital in discussing how the proposed changes impact the city as a whole. If
you‘d like to receive a flyer to distribute, we‘ll forward one along as well.
And if there are groups you believe we should reach out to, please let us know.

again for your interest in this issue and your commitment to make it accessible
to others. Please remember to rsvp. It will be a great help in advancing
understanding of zoning reform as it moves through Council and the Zoning Code
Commission this fall. Looking forward to seeing you there.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Are these manufacturer coupons or coupons that I
print on my computer? A: All of our coupons are actual manufacturer coupons.
Fewer and fewer retailers accept coupons that are printed from your computer
because of a huge increase in counterfeit coupons. Actual manufacturer coupons
which we issue are accepted everywhere that coupons are accepted. Q: Can these
coupons be doubled? A: Yes. These are manufacturer issued coupons and may be

coupon expiration dates are generally valid for 90 days.
