Benefits of testosterone
Why Men Are Happier Men can play with toys all their life. Men can wear shorts no matter what their legs look like. Men have one wallet and one pair of shoes which are good for every season. Men can choose whether or not to grow a mustache. Men can "do" their fingernails with a pocket knife. Men's bellies usually hide their large hips. Chocolate is just another snack. The whole garage belongs to them. Weddings take care of themselves. Men's last name never changes. Everything on a man's face stays its original color. Men only have to shave their faces and necks. Men can keep the same hairstyle for years, even decades. Men can do their Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on Christmas Eve in 25 minutes. For men, wrinkles add character. Men can go on a week's vacation and pack only one suitcase. Men's new shoes don't cause blisters, or cut or mangle their feet. Men don't have to stop and think which way to turn a screw. Men have one mood all the time. A wedding dress cost $5000. A tuxedo rental - 100 bucks Men can open all their own jars.

Have
we not come to such an impasse in the modern world that we must
love our enemies - or else? The chain reaction of evil - hate
begetting hate, wars producing more wars - must be broken, or else
we shall be plunged into the dark abyss of annihilation.
Page 19
Well, the most pervasive mistake I have made was in believing that because our cause was just, we could be sure that the white ministers of the South, once their Christian consciences were challenged, would rise to our aid. I felt that white ministers would take our cause to the white power structures. I ended up, of course, chastened and disillusioned. As our movement unfolded, and direct appeals were made to white ministers, most folded their hands—and some even took stands against us… The white church, I’m sorry to say. Its leadership has greatly disappointed me. Let me hasten to say there are some outstanding exceptions. As one whose Christian roots go back through three generations of ministers—my father, grandfather and great-grandfather—I will remain true to the church as long as I live. But the laxity of the white church collectively has caused me to weep tears of love.
Page 20
I am convinced that if we are to get on the right side of the world revolution, we as a nation must undergo a radical revolution of values. We must rapidly begin the shift from a thing-oriented society to a person-oriented society. When machines and computers, profit motives and property rights are considered more important than people, the giant triplets of racism, materialism, and militarism are incapable of being conquered.
Page 21
Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.
Page 22
It is an unhappy truth that racism is a way of life for the vast majority of white Americans, spoken and unspoken, acknowledged and denied, subtle and sometimes not so subtle — the disease of racism permeates and poisons a whole body politic. And I can see nothing more urgent than for America to work passionately and unrelentingly — to get rid of the disease of racism. ... Somewhere we must come to see that human progress never rolls in on the wheels of inevitability. It comes through the tireless efforts and the persistent work of dedicated individuals who are willing to be co-workers with God. And without this hard work, time itself becomes an ally of the primitive forces of social stagnation.
Page 23
This is a litany to those of us in this field. “What more will the Negro want?” “What will it take to make these demonstrations end?” Well, I would like to reply with another rhetorical question: Why do white people seem to find it so difficult to understand that the Negro is sick and tired of having reluctantly parceled out to him those rights and privileges which all others receive upon birth or entry in America? I never cease to wonder at the amazing presumption of much of white society, assuming that they have the right to bargain with the Negro for his freedom. This continued arrogant ladling out of pieces of the rights of citizenship has begun to generate a fury in the Negro…

Cathy Harris Launches a 2013
"National Health and Business Empowerment Tour"
Hello Everyone:
On January 2, 2013, I was on the road out of Atlanta, GA on my way to Detroit, Michigan to launch a "National Health and Business Empowerment Tour" starting in February 2013.
Other cities besides Detroit, MI where we have relatives and friends and plan on bringing the tour include - Indianapolis, IN, Columbus, Dayton and Youngstown, OH, Chicago, IL, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas and California.
Remember if you keep doing things the same way, then you will get the same results, which means sometimes in order to become successful in your career, business and life, you need to "step out on your faith" -- outside of your comfort zone...so I felt that I needed to take my empowerment company, Angels Press, my services and products, nationwide.
As this country prepares for an EXPLOSION of sick people especially children, African Americans know very little about Genetically Modified foods so we will be educating the community on which foods to eat while avoiding Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs).
Let's face it - the education system in this country is horrible with 70% dropout rates of many African American students in many cities. Either we change this system or we seriously look at 'home schooling' or building 'afrocentric schools' as an option (Read "How To Change the Education System."
Working with children is extremely hard and not everyone can do it! Nowadays many teachers, after being abused by students, are retiring from the school system at the age 30. On the other hand if you like working with children or if you are a retired educator, you need to write a good business plan and go to black banks and set up 'tutoring' and 'learning centers' in your own communities.
Our goals are to uplift the masses of people while reconstructing our communities to build vital nations. In order to create a greater unity among the African American community, we must have an outlet to disseminate vital information in various forms that will assist us to promote and define our interests and aspirations.
Now it's time for a national tour, to really bring the message home. This is why I recently launched another initiative "Cathy Harris School of Learning" to provide 'hands-on' training to the entire family via the phone, internet, etc. for those we can't reach on the tour.
As a veteran, I would particularly like to work with veterans. We are seeking other speakers and trainers who can join us on this tour so we can make a major impact in African American communities across the country. We just ask that you not be involved in any type of network or multi-level marketing ventures or anything that will negatively impact the community.
Whichever communities embrace our health and business "action plans" will be the communities we will be working with in the future.
The tour will be starting out in Detroit, MI in February 2013 -- where I will be in the surrounding area or states for at least 2 months. If you would like to join us on this tour or add your city to the tour, or schedule an event, then call (770) 873-2072 or email info@CathyHarrisSpeaks.com with your name, phone numbers, website including facebook.com, twitter.com, linkedin.com and other addresses.

Family Survival Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization provides cultural, educational, spiritual and economic tools needed to create a positive and lasting legacy within the African American community.
Family Survival Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, was founded by Brothers Rashie Abdul Samad and Rashie Abdur Rahim after realizing that the key to reclaiming the African American community lies in re-establishing connection with Africa, it's art, history, culture, economy and people. The program started with exposing young people to the culture of African music and art, as well as learning the basics of business. While the founding principles remain intact, the program has expanded by partnering with other community organizations and businesses in the spirit of umoja (unity) to ensure our collective Family Survival. Together, these organizations will make an even greater impact on the youth and elders in the community for the benefit of whole.

On Saturday, January 19th, the Malcolm X
Commemoration Committee will host its 17th annual dinner tribute
to our political prisoners and their families!
This highly anticipated and moving event will take place at the
Martin Luther King Jr. Labor Center, 1199 Union Headquarters, 310
West 43rd Street, (near 8th Avenue), in Manhattan.
The event will be from 3-7pm with dinner served promptly at 4pm.
Donations for this now time-honored event are $40 in advance and
$45 at the door. Proceeds from this gathering go to the commissary
of the political prisoners who are represented at the dinner by
their families.
The theme for this year’s dinner is “Transforming
Solidarity: Working Together To End Political Imprisonment and
Mass Incarceration.”
“We chose this theme because it’s time to critically
look at what we’re doing and how we’re doing it,”
Dequi Kioni-Sadiki, co-chair of the Committee and co-chair of
WBAI’s ‘Where We Live.’
“At some point it becomes important to recognize that it is
not enough to say ‘I am doing something’; At some
point, we have to figure out just what must be done to get
results,” she finished emphatically.
Special guests presenters for this year are Johanna Fernandez,
producer of the critically acclaimed film ‘Justice On
Trial,’ about Mumia Abu-Jamal, Malik Rhasaan of Occupy The
‘Hood and people’s hip hop artist Jasiri X!
This year’s dinner comes on the heels of Mumia Abu-Jamal’s
death sentence being tossed and on the heels of political
prisoners like Jalil Muntaqim being denied parole again. Muntaqim
has been in prison since 1973.
The Malcolm X Commemoration Committee was launched in 1993 with
former political prisoner Herman Ferguson serving as chairman.
Ferguson, now 91, was also a founding member of the Organization
of AfroAmerican Unity with Malcolm X and was with him up until
that fateful day February 21, 1965, when Malcolm was tragically
assassinated.
In addition to combating misinformation surrounding the legacy of
Malcolm X and multiplying the presence of the community for the
very moving annual pilgrimage to Malcolm’s gravesite on his
birthday, the Committee also initiated this dinner 17 years ago to
bring the community together to build greater support for Black
and New Afrikan political prisoners and to instill greater
appreciation for their humanity and for what their families have
to endure in the face of their wrongful incarceration.
The Malcolm X Commemoration Committee has always said that Black
and New Afrikan political prisoners, who were young men who were
directly inspired by Malcolm to join the Black Liberation
Movement, make up “the hidden legacy” of Malcolm X.
Many were viciously targeted by the government’s COINTELPRO
operations of the late 60s early 70s. Those operations
assassinated activists, framed activists, fostered violence
between activists and the police and even fostered violence
between activists themselves. To this date, there are dozens of
political prisoners and prisoners of war who are still in prison
from frameups dating back to the 60s in most cases!
For more reservations and more information, please
call 718-512-5008.

New York City Seeks the Best Ideas, Resources and People to Help Build up Young Men of Color
The Expanded Success Initiative (ESI, a component of the Young Men's Initiative, is currently seeking applicants for the ESI School Design Fellowship.
The Expanded Success Initiative School Design Fellowship will design and launch a breakthrough high school model whose outcomes are measured by college and career success for Black and Latino young men and women.
The model will result in the launch of eight new high
schools that pilot the new design, proposed to open in fall 2014
as both district and charter variations. The schools will
serve both young men and women, enrolled primarily from five of
NYC's highest-poverty neighborhoods.
The
Expanded Success Initiative (ESI) is an educational component of
the city's Young Men's Initiative, the nation's boldest and most
comprehensive effort that tackles the broad disparities slowing
the advancement of Black and Latino young men. ESI is generously
supported by the Open Society Foundations and administered by the
NYC Department of Education's Office of Postsecondary Readiness.
The ESI School Design Fellowship will bring together
a diverse cadre of potential school leaders, from which the
principals of the new schools will be drawn. Fellows can
come from the fields of youth and community work, or
entrepreneurship and management, or educational reform or another
relevant field.
We are looking for
exceptional leaders who are excited by this challenge and are
ready to join a career-making opportunity in our fellowship
program. Fellows must be available to begin full-time work by July
1, 2013, although individuals who are available can begin
on-boarding in April 2013.

A HAND UP!
"None of us has gotten where we are solely by pulling ourselves up from our own bootstraps. We got here because somebody bent down and helped us." - Thurgood Marshall
America’s Original Savings Network
As amazing as it may sound many people do not realize how easy it is
to LEGALLY stop paying for their groceries! This is how the one hour
television show began for the company whose website is at:
A: All of our coupons are actual manufacturer coupons. Fewer and fewer retailers accept coupons that are printed from your computer because of a huge increase in counterfeit coupons. Actual manufacturer coupons which we issue are accepted everywhere that coupons are accepted.
Q: Can these coupons be doubled?
A: Yes. These are
manufacturer issued coupons and may be doubled in any store that
offers double coupons.
Q: What are the face values and the expiration dates
of these coupons?
A: Being manufacturer coupons, the
manufacturer determines the face values of the coupons. We
currently stock coupons ranging in value from 40 cents to 5.00
dollars. The coupon expiration dates are generally valid for 90
days.
Q: How can I use $1,000.00 worth of coupons in 90
days?
A: With our program, you get to choose the coupons you
want, when you want them. This way you never have to worry about
the coupons expiring.
Q: How do I choose the coupons I want?
A: Each
coupon book contains coupon request slips which you fill out and
send in. Those coupons are then mailed to you.

It's a whole lot cheaper than starting a war... We have the ability to take him out, and I think the time has come that we exercise that ability. We don't need another $200 billion war to get rid of one, you know, strong-arm dictator. It's a whole lot easier to have some of the covert operatives do the job and then get it over with.”
