New Jersey's "Best Bargain"
A public library card has long been considered to be the best bargain in the State of New Jersey - it's free! It provides access to vast stores of knowledge and information and through inter-library networks and modern technology allows one to use resources near and far from home. The deal has gotten even better! A new web page provides homework help for any New Jersey student with a valid public library card. The website can be found at www.QandAnj.org, or by clicking the link on the State of New Jersey website. The site is run by a network of experienced librarians who provide free, live, interactive assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are prepared to answer any question on any subject. In addition, students in grades 4-12 have access to expert tutors in Math, Science, Social Studies or English. These tutors are available every day from 2pm-10pm. Log onto www.QandAnj.org for more information.
